The hotel had a great view of the river and mountains. The staff was friendly, helpful, and down to earth. The hotel was located in a convenient area with supermarkets, parks, cafes, and restaurants walking distance away.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, the cushions were quite hard. This made it a bit uncomfortable to lounge or sleep on.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn’t be better - it’s right in the heart of the city center. I loved being able to walk to supermarkets, parks, and even the metro station. The room itself was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable and the extra touch of having a dressing room was truly appreciated. Plus, having a small fridge and kettle in the room was incredibly convenient. The staff here went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were helpful, down to earth, and made me feel like I was part of their family. I was even invited to celebrate New Year with them, which was such a special experience.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great location near the city center with beautiful views of the river and mountains. the room was bright, spacious, and had a big dressing room. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable bedding and appreciated having a small fridge and kettle in the room.
The cushions were slightly uncomfortable and could have been softer, but the hotel staff assured us that they would look into adding more options.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the city center. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a big dressing room. The staff was helpful, friendly, and made us feel like part of their family. The location was perfect, as it was close to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the river and mountains, and the comfortable bedding. we loved our experience at this hotel.

There is also a dressing room, small fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel could improve on cushion variety.
